To make my services more accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale pricing spots. Sliding scale pricing is considered for survivors of family violence and/or those who have an annual income of less than 40K.

Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of the session. Talia accepts payment through her online booking system. A credit card is required to be kept securely on file for any outstanding balances or missed appointments. Your credit card information is stored securely via Stripe.

Missed Appointments/No Shows

Regular attendance is crucial for effective support. If there are more than three missed appointments, Talia will have a discussion to explore any barriers that you might be facing in accessing support consistently, and do her best to address them. If 24 hours notice has not been provided for a missed appointment, the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation

Talia understands that life can be unpredictable, but it is expected that 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows her to offer the time slot to other clients in need. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate and not reimbursed. Cancellation due to illness, special circumstances or emergencies may considered for exemption but is not guarrenteed.

Insurance

I do not offer direct billing, but I provide an official electronic receipt. We can discussion options to support possible reimbursement through extended benefits and/or legal aid.
